Couldn’t be happier with the service. Osbaldo Lopez was prompt and professional and did an excellent job in throughly checking out the problem and doing what it took to get it repaired. Would highly recommend and will definitely be calling them when I’m ready to purchase a new ac unit.

5 stars doesn’t suffice! Denise and the team have saved me so many times over the last couple of years. As a DM I have many many last minute hiccups that happen, especially in this Bakersfield heat.. All Pro is always a phone call away and they arrive almost instantly to save the day. They’ve serviced so many things for me, from AC’s to walk-ins, freezers, prep tables, reach-ins.. I’ve never had a more reliable, respectful, honest and kind service from anywhere in town.

Scott and Art helped save my family close to 15k. We had 2 other companies come by and they both quoted us a whole new unit saying that my original unit was unfixable. Needless to say, it was fixable and they helped us save a pretty penny.

Our technician, Mr. Osbsldo Lopez, was very professional and helpful while making repairs on our AC unit. He provided his cell phone number to us while he was diagnosing the exact cause of the problem, which took a couple days due to not knowing which component was trying to fail. He answered my questions after hours and went above and beyond. Based on Mr Lopez’s response and Denise’s assistance in setting up the appointment and the follow up, we highly recommend All Pro.
